The Library Committee at Annada College,
Hazaribag is a supervisory and advisory body for the college administration.
Its primary mandate is to oversee the modernization, resource enrichment, and
digital automation of the Central Library, benchmarking against premier
institutions to establish a progressive, technology-driven, and student-centric
academic repository.

study the functioning, record-keeping protocols, and related library operations
of nearby premier academic colleges.

Digitalization Best Practices: To study the processes,
frameworks, and tools used for library digitalization in premier regional and
national colleges.

Gap Analysis & Improvement
Strategies: To
identify operational bottlenecks or poor-functioning areas in the college
library and suggest concrete, actionable measures for performance improvement.

Automation & Software
Implementation: To
ensure the seamless implementation of the latest library management software,
automation systems, and digital cataloging solutions.

Student-Centric Culture: To promote, cultivate, and
maintain an accessible, helpful, and student-centric work culture within the
central and departmental libraries.

Meticulous Activity Logging: To maintain a comprehensive
written record of all developmental activities, feedback, suggestions, and
improvement efforts undertaken by the committee.
