The total number of students who choose to be a part of this college family is not the only criteria which emphasises the growth of an institution nor is it measured by the infrastructural reforms; rather it is the standardisation of education and willingness to adapt to the transforming needs of stakeholders.

Annada College, Hazaribagh boasts of being the only Permanently Affiliated Linguistic (Bangla) Minority Undergraduate College of Jharkhand. While educating the students with the subject matter through upgrading technology, it also holds importance as to whether they are proficiently equipped for life or not! Catering to the needs of the stakeholders of the college is the primary concern of the management. We take up the herculean task of helping the students develop their learning skills, tackle basic tasks, enhance their professional etiquettes as well as acquire virtues to become healthy citizens of society. The college makes all possible efforts to promote all round development of individuals ranging from competitive curriculum to generating opportunities for showcasing skills in extra-curricular activities. Even projects and assignments given to students are meant to not only sharpen their abilities but also mould them into an industry ready individual.
