The Department of Bengali (Bangla) has a vision to be one of the finest departments in the college with a mission to enlighten its students from within.

From the very beginning this Department has tried to glorify itself & we are

happy to announce that Government of Jharkhand has recognized it. Bengali is

regarded as minority language in Jharkhand but it is our great pleasure that we

have proved our identity here. Our department deserves a special appreciation.

as it is the department of such a language for which the entire college stands.

The Only permanently affiliated linguistic minority college welcomes you to its

mother Department.

Keeping an eye to the Constitution of India the Government of Jharkhand has

successfully provided special privileges to the minorities in the state & we are

thankful for that.

Mere education for education’s sake is not our objective; Education with a

purpose to make the human mind a creative one is our emphasis. In the words of

Tagore, “Education means enabling the mind to find out that ultimate truth

which emancipates us from the bondage of dust and gives us wealth not of

things but of inner light, not of power but of love. It is a process of enlightenment. It is divine wealth. It helps in realization of truth” & our

department truly believe that.

We assure our students’ success in every sphere of society & always try to get

Tagore’s words as well as our ode achieved – “Biswabidya Tirtho Prangan Koro
