1. About the Cell
The Career Counselling and Placement Cell
at Annada College, Hazaribag is a supervisory and advisory body for the college
administration. Its primary aim is to provide the much-needed life skills to
the students, update them about various career options available, and guide
them in securing rewarding job placements. The cell acts as a dynamic interface
between graduating students and prospective employers.

recruiters and corporate houses to conduct on-campus and virtual placement
drives.

Placement Coordination: Organizing, facilitating, and
managing the end-to-end campus placement process.

Supervision: Supervising
logistical arrangements during aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal
interviews.

Discipline & Event
Management: Ensuring
exemplary decorum, professional discipline, and orderly student assembly during
drives.

Lab & Technical
Coordination: Collaborating
seamlessly with the computer lab infrastructure for smooth conduct of online
screening tests.

Information Dissemination: Regularly updating placement
records, drive schedules, and training opportunities on the college portal.

Competitions & Skill
Quizzes: Coordinating
company-sponsored technical challenges, hackathons, quizzes, and skill
contests.

Empowerment & Growth: Constantly making dedicated
endeavours to empower students toward long-term personal and professional
