About Electoral Literacy Clubs (ELC)
Electoral Literacy Clubs (ELC) are being established across the country under the Election Commission of India (ECI) to promote electoral literacy among Indian citizens of all age groups through engaging, interesting activities and hands-on experience in an apolitical, neutral, and non-partisan manner.
At Annada College, Hazaribag, the Electoral Literacy Club is established to target new and future voters (in the age group of 18-21 years old) pursuing their graduation. The club comprises students from all academic semesters as its members, empowering them to actively engage in the democratic process.
