The Environmental Awareness Club is a student-run organization at Annada College,Hazaribag focused on spreading awareness of environmental impacts and issues throughout the local community.

The club focuses on informing the community on ways to be more environmentally friendly, and does projects to help promote public understanding, and to help keep the local environment clean.

The common activities undertaken by the club:

*To motivate the students to keep their surroundings clean.

*To promote water conservation and energy conservation.

*To educate waste management.

*To organise tree plantation programmes to go green

*To avoid and minimise the usage of plastics

*To create awareness on Rain water harvesting

*To educate about solar water heater
